Can I pay By Credit Or Debit Card?

Yes you can pay using the following methods Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, or use Buy Now , Pay later with Afterpay and Zip pay.

How do i make sure i am ordering the correct parts for my car?

Enter Your Rego Model Details in to the Vehicle Search and if the part suits your model, a Green Tick will appear. If you are not sure, just send a message to cs@australianonlinecarparts.com.au with your enquiry and our friendly Customer Service Staff will help you.

Are your Parts Sold with any sort of warranty?

Yes. All our parts are sold are OE (Original Equipment) quality and come with a minimum 12month/10,000km parts replacement warranty*. Any Genuine item sold is covered by the manufacturer's Parts warranty. For Example: Holden Parts are sold with a 2 year/20 000km parts warranty**. How long will it take to send my order?

 We endeavor to pick and pack all orders within 48 hours (2 Working Days). If there is any delay in shipping, we guarantee we will contact you. We post and dispatch our freight daily at 2.00pm EST. The arrival of your package depends on your location. Please see our estimated freight times by location on our information page in shipping

Do you sell Toyota parts?

We do not sell Toyota Genuine Parts. We stock a huge range of Aftermarket parts suitable to fit a large range of Toyota Models

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We ship internationally using Australia Post Express Courier International. There are some size restrictions. Please contact about shipping over size items before purchasingSee our Shipping Page for estimated delivery times.

Will my new car warranty be affected if I fit items such as your Filters, Spark Plugs or Car Accessories to my Car?

No, your new car warranty is protected. All of our parts sold are OE quality or higher. As long as the parts are fitted by a licenced Mechanic and the service work is carried as per the Manufacturer's specifications, your new car warranty is not affected.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Yes, by appointment only. We are a mail order wholesale business but we do have a store front. By keeping our overheads to a minimum, we can sell to you at the lowest prices.

What happens if a parcel is recieved damaged

All Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the Goods. No claims will be accepted after this time. Refer to our returns and shipping page for further details.

If I cant find what i need in your store, can you order it for me?

Yes, We have very reliable suppliers and can source most items within 24 hours.
